The certified cybersecurity team of MU CSIRT-MU (https://csirt.muni.cz/) is responsible for developing and maintaining proper ICT security at MU and deals with thousands of security incidents a year. Research at CSIRT-MU in the area is focused on network security, network measurement, and traffic analysis. CSIRT-MU carries cybersecurity research programme in the CyberSecurity, CyberCrime and Critical Information Infrastructures Center of Excellence (C4e, https://c4e.cz/?lang=en),,) which provides a communication platform for experts from academia, Czech Police, private digital forensic laboratories, National Security Authority (NSA), justice and prosecution.
